Wesley R. Sanders, MAI
Mr. Sanders has been in the real estate profession since 2000 with focus on commercial valuation for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in feasibility studies, rent studies and valuing many different types of complex commercial properties. National assignments have included properties in over 15 states.
Paul M. Dwyer
Mr. Dwyer has over 25+ years of appraisal experience with all types of commercial properties. Mr. Dwyer also has a background in the design/build construction industry. He is a candidate to receive the MAI designation and has appraised properties across the United States.
C. Taylor Johnson, MAI, AI-GRS
Mr. Johnson has been active in real estate valuation and consultation since 1990. He has experience valuing commercial properties in over 26 states and also has been employed as a FNMA DUS underwriter and underwriter for securitization loans. Mr. Johnson was recently awarded the General Review Specialist designation by the Appraisal Institute.
Gene Rhodes, MAI
Mr. Rhodes has been in the real estate field since 1964 with involvement in property management, brokerage and appraisal/consultation. Efforts have been devoted entirely to real estate appraisal and consulting since 1971. Appraisal assignments have included a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial property types. Past clients include major corporations, life insurance companies, commercial and savings banks, investment advisors, governmental entities and agencies, attorneys and private investors.
Ashley Carrillo
Ms. Carrillo has been in the appraisal field since 2006 and licensed as a state certified general appraiser in 5 states. Ms. Carrillo’s experience includes staff appraiser positions with regional and national appraisal firms, as well as an in-house review appraiser for a national bank. She also performs research and investment analysis for commercial property acquisitions.
